Mental Health Counselor Trainee
Caroline is a LMHC intern, currently studying Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the graduate level at Springfield College in Tampa, Florida. Her professional experiences include working with children, adolescents, adults, groups, couples, and families. She uses an integrative approach in her therapeutic style, using concepts from humanistic existentialism, Adlerian Theory, and CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy). As a practicing yoga teacher and certified reiki healer, she also believes in incorporating holistic modalities in her practice as well, such as meditation, mindfulness, and sound healing. Caroline wholeheartedly believes that working integratively with the mind, body, and spirit will ignite healing to the deepest degree.
Caroline welcomes and serves clients in a wide range of areas, such as Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Addiction, and other conditions and life challenges. She welcomes clients of all ethnic, cultural, religious, and sexual orientation/identities.
