This 12 hour course will be delivered in six 2-hour increments toward the FL Board requirements to become a Qualified Supervisor as a LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC. If you have 4 years of experience as a LCSW (2 years of which can be earned during a post-master’s clinical internship with the remaining ) or 5 years of experience as an LMFT or LMHC (2 years of which can be earned during a post-master’s clinical internship with the remaining ), then this course will equip you to supervise. We cover the mandated topics including laws and rules, ethics, diversity considerations, models of supervision, contextual factors, and evaluation and remediation.
