Course Description

This training provides a review of ethical guidelines, boundaries, and decision-making pertinent to Florida clinicians. The course includes review of ethical dilemmas to demonstrate ethical competency.

Course Objectives

At the conclusion of this training, participants will be able to:

1. Identify the necessity of ethical practice;
2. Verbalize understanding of common ethical dilemmas in this field;
3. Demonstrate understanding of ethical decision making process;
4. Practice ethical decision making; and,
5. Evidence awareness of available resources to assist with ethical decision-making
