Support and Treatment Groups

At THRIVE, we want to make quality mental health counseling
as accessible as possible for everyone regardless of your situation. 

You are not alone.

Our groups are facilitated by licensed mental health professionals to offer
a safe space to gain support and perspective on common issues.

How It Works

  1. Schedule an intake appointment to speak individually with the group facilitator to see whether the group is a good fit 

  2. Attend groups as recommended by the therapist (e.g., weekly, biweekly, monthly)

  3. Achieve your goals in a safe judgment-free zone with qualified mental health professionals

Let's practice scientifically proven ways to cope with distressing thoughts & feelings.




Good Grief

2nd & 4th Wednesdays 7-8pm


Grief and loss are painful, complicated, and messy. Our group and discord channel allow you a space to be ok with not being ok.
