as accessible as possible for everyone regardless of your situation.

Our groups are facilitated by licensed mental health professionals to offer
a safe space to gain support and perspective on common issues.
How It Works
Schedule an intake appointment to speak individually with the group facilitator to see whether the group is a good fit
Attend groups as recommended by the therapist (e.g., weekly, biweekly, monthly)
Achieve your goals in a safe judgment-free zone with qualified mental health professionals
