Course Description:

Effective communication has to accommodate for the many interferences that occur on both ends of the line. Often good messages become garbled and misinterpreted because of something I affectionately have deemed "the fuzzy filter."

Course Objectives:

At the conclusion of this course, participants will be able to:

• Identify components of interference during communication;
• Recognize the sources of interference that distorts perception; and,
• Implement strategies to reduce such interference and improve accurate perception and overall communication.
