Often life and changes, unforeseen circumstances, past experiences, past trauma, mental health stigma, family conflict often lead to pain and struggles in daily life, causing us to explore unhealthy coping mechanisms. These feelings leave us feeling anxious, depressed emotionally drained and exhausted. Nonetheless unhealthy choices and poor coping skills can cross contaminate our thought process that can upset the homeostasis of our physical health, raising blood pressure, weight gain, weight loss, alcoholism among other unhealthy behaviors as a tool to cope with repressed thoughts and feelings of being stuck in a rut.

I provide a safe, nonjudgmental and down to earth environment for my clients to express themselves. I assist my clients in developing new coping skills to deal with their presenting issues. I offer individual, couple and family therapy, and biofeedback. I believe with the use of psychotherapy a healthy mind will generate healthy mental wellness. Application of a new thought process can also extend into the treatment of physical wellbeing and health.  Moreover, with the appropriate tools given in psychotherapy and guidance, it can and will help to reverse negative thoughts and creative a more positive way of thinking.
