To Reschedule:

Please contact us by email (info@thriveflorida.com) as soon as possible and a counselor will contact you to arrange a different day/time. If less than 48 hours notice, there will be a $25 reschedule fee to cover the therapist's expenses. We apologize for this inconvenience.

To Cancel:

Please contact us by email (info@thriveflorida.com) as soon as possible and a counselor will contact you to confirm the best way to refund your fee. If less than 48 hours notice, there will be a $25 cancellation fee withheld from your refund to cover the therapist's expenses. We apologize for this inconvenience.
