Kristin received her Master’s degree at Nova Southeastern University.  Her background includes working with individuals, groups, and families.  She has worked in both outpatient and inpatient environments. She has a wide range of experience in the field including IOP/PHP group settings for mental health and substance use, community mental health facilities, HIV clinic, behavioral hospital as well as jail setting. Her work has focused on assisting those with behavioral health and substance abuse challenges.

 

It’s fair to say that life can have its rough patches. Sometimes we need help navigating towards our best selves and that’s OK. Through use of evidenced based practices with a person-centered, non-judgmental, positive approach, Kristin strives to help people with anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, existential crisis, and other life obstacles.
